My windows and home never looked as clean when using other companies.
Call Representative
A little confusing in the beginning about calling central office and advised to call sales rep on direct cell phone instead.
Sales Process
Would have appreciated a confirmation call prior to showing up but Salesperson confirmed after contact via cell that was greatly appreciated.
Our Installation Crew
Did an excellent job.....contracted to wipe down sills so had to bring that to their attention to wipe down when re-installing the screens otherwise would have been let untouched.
The Cleanup Process
Didn't connect the hose back correctly and had to have someone else do it....(we both have bad backs and couldn't bend that far. However, everything else was done extremely well.
